ACF is a high effect adsorption material that is better than granular activated carbon, widely used for air purify, gas purify, organic solvent recovery, foul water treatment, drinking water purify, activator making, high pure water production, unit shield and some high exact science field.
1. Characteristic
ACF is high effect adsorption material that is made from inartificial or artificial fibre by special technics of high temperature and catalysis so on. It is characterized by well-development inner pore structure; large specific surface area, high adsorption capacity, quick adsorption speed and good purify effect. In the ordinary condition, it could remove entirely. Its characteristic is as followed:
(1) Surface area 800-1600 m2/g, it has abundant and formal adsorption inner pore (the inner pore volume is 80% of all pore volume), the inner pore diameter is 10-40A.
(2) It has abundant organic function group and better redox characteristic. It also has good adsorption effect for organic substance and inorganic impurity in gas and liquid. It has better removing regenerating capability, can use repeatedly.
(3) It is characterized by high hardness, low loss and better loading, wrapping and adjustability of equipment. It cannot cause loading flexibly and close-grained devilishly.
(4) It is able to bear acid, alkali, cautery, high and low temperature, characterized by better electric capacity.
2. Usage
(1) Air Purity: the air filter that use this kind of material could adsorb O3 SO2 NO2 in the air and mephitis, poison gas and smoke so on. It can be used in purifying indoor polluted air of room, kitchen so on.
(2) Water Purity: it could clean the organic substance, heavy metal ion, musty odor, bacterium and decoloring of water. It is widely used in water purity, decoloring technics of drinking water, beverage, beer, medicine, and refine sugar project. Also be used in pure water, direct drinking water equipment.
(3) Slop Treatment: it could be used in controlling the flop from chemicals, galvanization, metallurgy, printing and dyeing, tannery, medicine and life, it can remove the organic substance, bacterium and organic dye in water. Especially used for treating poisonous waste with high valency metal ion.
(4) Organic Solvent Recover: it can adsorb and recover the organic solvent of benzene, ketone, grease, and alcohol so on.

(6) Medical Treatment and Bioengineering: ACF can make the sorbent of hemodialyzer and liver, body trauma binder and all kinds of removing bacterium medical hygiene article, deodorizer. It also can make the body blood filter. It is used for fixing enzyme in the project of Bioengineering.
(7) Daily Life: ACF can be used in making daily life articles, such as refrigerator deodorizer, keeping fresh of fruit and vegetable, home pure water, cigarette filter tip, deodorization insole and hygiene pants so on.
